2025 spring Season
Race times are determined a few days before each regatta and will be posted on the regatta website and announced through TeamSnap. Please hold the full day for these important events.
Winter Practices will start on Thursday January 9 in front of LMHS gym and schedule will be as follows :
Monday-Friday
Girls -3:15 pm-4:45 pm
Boys-5:15 pm- 6:45 pm
Freshman and Novice -4:15-5:45 pm
Please note the following dates that WE WILL NOT have Winter workouts:

Monday February 17
Practice on water will begin on Tuesday March 4,2025.
Tuesday - Friday bus service provided
Girls: bus leaves school right after school 3:20 pm- leaves boathouse around 5:45pm back to LMHS
Boys: bus leaves school 5:00 pm - leaves boathouse around 7:30pm back to LMHS
Saturday -NO Bus provided
Rowers are responsible for their transportation
Girls: Practice 7:30 am -10:00 am
Boys: Practice 10:00 am -12:30 pm

May 23 and 24-SRAA-( athlete must qualify to participate)- Cooper River Camden ,NJ
June 2-End of the year Banquet -Villanova Inn
June 12-15-US Youth Nationals-( athlete must qualify to participate)-Sarasota, Fl
