Race times are determined a few days before each regatta and will be posted on the regatta website and announced through TeamSnap. Please hold the full day for these important events.
Our season starts on Wednesday, September 3 at 3:30 pm at LMHS in front of Kobe Bryant Gym. We will hold a short parent meeting at 6pm that day.
Practices will follow at LMHS on Thursday September 4 and Friday September 5 .
First practice on water will be on Saturday September 6 at Hines Rowing Center.
Fall Practice Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday 3:45 pm- 6:00 pm for girls and boys
Saturdays 10:00 am- 12:30 pm for girls and for boys.
ERG Rentals:
All ergs MUST be returned on Weds September 3rd.
In the fall we are a club team, so we are not sponsored by the school. Therefore, we DO NOT have transportation provided by the district, and we rely on carpools. Additional communication will be sent out to help organize carpools.
The following dates there will be no practices:
September 23 and 24- No Practice-Holiday
October 1 and 2 -No Practice-Holiday
Here are the regattas that we will be participating in:
Navy Regatta- October 12
Head of the Charles-October 17-19-only qualifying athletes participating. There is additional cost for that trip that is not covered by the Fall dues.
Head of the Schuylkill Regatta- October 27
Hidden River Regatta - November 2
Braxton Regatta- November 9
Last Practice- November 10
